2001 Comptech S2K needs a bit of help
Hello, about 3 days ago I acquired an absolutely gorgeous and fun 2001 S2K with the Comptech SC installed. It has two problems with the SC system that the Honda dealer, being a Honda dealer, understandably refuses to touch. They are:
1. ECU keeps seeing MAP sensor overvolt when the blower hits sometimes, indicating either faulty or badly-wired Comptech ESM (Unfortunately this is a huge deal as it sends the car into Limp Mode until I turn the key off and restart the car).
2. Blower drive belt is apparently in need of replacing sometime very soon.
If anyone knows of a good performance shop in Florida, or knows how to perform these yourself (I'll admit the first one doesn't look very hard to fix, but I'd rather have more experienced hands on it, and I'll take good care of you), or just has some valuable advice, please drop me a line. Apparently these two relatively small things are the only faults with my new baby. Thanks!
