Does anyone know how involved it would be to swap out the 2001 door panels in favor of the 2002 panels?....I really would like to get those tweeter cutouts. Has anyone looked into this?

Thanks

I was just looking at that. It would also be a good time to change the color if you wanted to.

It would be better to just use your current panel and have some quality tweeters installed in it. Why spend several hundred dollars to replace a panel for a cheap quality tweeter when you could psend the same amount and get something that looks more integrated and has a higher quality...

I know it's pretty simple to buy and install the new door handles things with the new chrome rings on them. Just buy them and unscrew the old one and screw in the new ones. I'm thinking of doing it...

I agree. The new tweeters look ok for a factory look, but I would upgrade for a good pair and have them flush mounted on the doors.

I recently purchased a Rockford Fosgate Q series component set. I really like the quality of Rockford, and this particular series is very clean. I am going to have them flush mounted, and if i don't like it, i will spend the money and replace the door panels. I'm sure I will like how it turns out, tweeters are not that tough to install.

Thanks for all the input.
