Just got my VIN# this morning! 0041 The 41st 2002 made! Here's the part I'm skeptical about.The dealer said expected arrival the week of the 15th. I said Nov. right? He said no,October! Well,we'll see! At any rate,it's not gonna be as long as it has been!

Mine has been telling me the 2nd or 3rd week of October since AUG.!!!!!!!!
This wait is killing me. It has been 7 weeks since my 2001 got totaled.

 

For 2002, Silverstone & Nurburgring blue are available in UK and Europe, but not Sebring and Suzuka blue.

 

The jealousy is killing me!!! You guys have your VINs and build dates...I got nothin' !!! The dealer I ordered from told me they were going to order the car 6/30, but surprise--did not until 9/24. Go ahead, ask me how long they have had my deposit As for asking about the build date, forget it. Congratulations on choosing a better dealership than I did. Look forward to living vicariously through your posts for a bit longer.

 

My dealer has had my deposit since June. The dealer group I placed my order from is a big sponsor of the Chicago region SCCA. Their Honda dealership isn't in the most affluent neighborhood so I doubt they sell a lot of S2K's. These guys seem to be as excited as I am about seeing the new blue. I got lucky I quess.
