2003 ~ price ~ need help
MSRP on the car is $33,060.00. OEM front spoiler from H and A Accessories is $358.80. Therefore he's charging you $1,081.20 OVER list price. Definitely not a good deal anywhere in the US, though I'm scratching my head to figure out where "molla molla, USA" is.
As Blue Bitch 2K said, a much better deal can be had without too much effort. Even in Southern California.

Sell your Mustang to a private party, and you should be able to get $18,000 if it's in reasonable condition. Then find another Honda dealer and buy your S for under MSRP. What city do you live in? Shop around; someone might have one on the lot.
do yourself a HUGE favor and don't get this particular car. you're potentially heading down the road to financial ruin. your two year old car is upside down by $3,500. i assume that this will get rolled into the new one AND you're going to buy a new vehicle for three or four thousand more than what is transacting in the market today. in addition, the car will depreciate a couple of thousand the second it is titled. add to that sales tax on the new car... that adds up to at least a TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR problem. don't do it! wait a year (or more)and let your current loan payments catch up to the resale value of the car, then go out and buy a creampuff USED S2000.
almost everyone has been in your situation before. now is the time to make the right decision. if you do this deal now, in two years you will want another new car, but guess what... you'll be uspide down even more.
remember this... you don't need a new car. you need to have good financial health.
i know that i sound like d1ck, but i had to say it anyway.
