Kyle, 606,

Maybe it's not worth arguing over 400 bucks, but the window sticker on my '02 says MSRP is $32,400. I believe you guys are quoting destination and handling charges included with your number. Is that so?? That can vary with each purchase, guys. My '02 window sticker says $460 for dest/handling, but I didn't pay that fee and you probably shouldn't quote it.

The other possibilities are that Honda changed MSRP mid-year (mine was bought in June), or that Honda made MSRP regional (I doubt the latter).

[edit: I just checked the AHM web site, and it quotes $32,600 MSRP for MY '03. If I read this right, it's a $200 increase over MY'02.]

Best wishes!

Andrew,

Well, I'm telling you what's on the sticker. I did not pay dest. charges for my car. I believe that's because they made me wait and actually swapped the car among their sister dealerships to get me what I wanted. I presume it was their policy to deal with dest. charge themselves. As you say, it's dealer-dependent.

It doesn't make any sense to quibble over this. The web site does not include dest. charge as part of MSRP. Call it what you will. Honda sees them as separate, Andrew.

Best wishes! Anyway, it's great that folks are getting such super deals right now!! See ya' on the road.

Hey Jackie!

How many S2000s does Jim Coleman get to move in a year? Has it changed since MY '00? Just curious. I read a post earlier about someone who thought they were getting a good deal so their dealer could get more Ss to sell... Does the amount vary from Honda??? Again, just curious!

Best wishes!
