My 2001 is perfect but my leather armrest section is tearing!

I was thinking of just taking this opportunity to buy the 2004 new console with the cool aluminum trip and dual cup holders....

Is that swap-able???

It's swap-able, But very expensive. You have to buy the new console in pieces, and a new hazard switch. I belive the price of a complete OEM 04 console is $600.

 

its about 450 from hatdtopguy. I tested the conversion and did it without any problems.

 

anyone got up close pics of the 04 center console? There are not any 04s at the dealers around here and I was wondering what it looked like.

Going to drop by upholstery shop to see if redoing that one piece is cheaper or just buy the center console!
