I highly doubt that any engine changes will come about with the next MY.
2005 is another story. Besides, the Civic typeR is coming out in the fall, so why would they introduce 2 new models in the same category.

As for the brochures, we don't have any yet and neither does any other dealer that I've talked to.
The new Odyssey looks pretty trippy too BTW.

ok guys, I couldn't believe the scanned image on the first page regarding "Guide to Success"... blah blah blah, and in the middle of the paragraph, it stated about the 2.2. To me, I thought it was complete BS, untilI actually saw the same brochure, also the color chrt straight from Honda with the same exact information. So to answer your question if it's true or not, yes, it is indeed true!!!

I'm so lucky I leased, Time to upgrade next year!

Bigger S? Wider car? I hope this doesn't increase the weight of the car! If anything, I hope they find a way to lower the weight.

Since when is the Civic, any Civic, in the same category as the S? I wish I'd known sooner. I think I could have saved about 20 grand....
Since the Civic TypeR is gonna be lighter than our car and have only about 35 less hp.

I don't think it's gonna be an exact match for our cars, but I guarantee you it will be pretty fast and surprise many people.

All I'm saying is that Honda wouldn't introduce 2 models that would compete for the same marketshare.

There may be some very small changes, if any, to MY '04 S2000. If you think there are some significant changes coming, Honda would have announced it to their dealers already. We start receiving educational material for the salespeople at least 6 months in advance so we can start scheduling training. Even before the promo materials come out.
Do you remember when MY'02 changed to glass rear window? We knew about it 9 months before the first one was delivered. This hasn't happened yet.

Sorry to dissapoint you guys, but I think this is a bit of an anticlimax.

Next year this time we'll be singing a different tune.......
