2004 - Pictures and comments
Red and Yellow sounds nasty together. I would like to see a yellow/black interior combo on the Rio yellow cars. As far as I was told by my sales person at Honda when I talked to her about an '04. The only color that is available with the red/black interior combo is the silver. However that may change as I am sure it will if demand is high enough. I would like to see black and red offered with the red/black interior combo. I would snatch up a red one in a heartbeat. Now if I could just get my hands on an Imola orange with an orange/black combo then all would be right with the world
I like it a lot! I think the changes that Honda made are very nicely done, yet modest which is good, and tasteful. The two tone seats, and center console are pretty sharp indeed. I also like the upsized wheels quite a bit, and the rear bumper especially. I'm undecided on the headlights at this point. Overall though, I have to give it a big
.
Now I just have to figure out how to get rid of the Mitsubishi that I'm currently driving.

On a different note concerning the new 2.2 engine, does anyone know if Honda changed the VTEC point on the 2.2? My understanding is that the 2.0 would cross to the high end cam profiles around 6k, give or take a little. I'd imagine the 2.2, having a power band that's optimal a little lower in the rpm band and a lower redline, might enter VTEC a little lower too. Is there anyway to confirm this?
Just wondering,
