I think they both look good for different reasons. In a way, I think the S is very conservative (That's a positive description. I like conservative, while other's have called it plain, boring, etc...), and I think that the new door with the new console looks great. On the other hand, I think the door is there to hide the head unit in a car that for all practicle purposes could be sold without a radio if it weren't just standard even on the cheapest cars available (I am NOT suggesting I don't want the radio, but I would assume some enthusiasts could do without). Given that point of view, I like the 'hidden' image of the pre'04 door.

In all honesty, when I get my 04 (or 05 if I don't get off my @$$), I will have both and change as my taste changes back and forth.

HOW'S THAT FOR NOT CHOOSING SIDES???

It also matches your Voodoo knob - I have the same one, and on my 2004, the center console cover also matches. The three elements (radio door, knob, and console cover) look very integrated.

So at least there is something on the 2004 you AP1 guys like.. it's a start.

My price for the complete kit (including radio door and hazard switch) is $465.00

it includes all 5 parts needed for the conversion
