Interesting....

Two things to note:

1) There are now 2 rear spoiler options - a trunk spoiler, and a "wing" spoiler

2) Blue soft top is now an option!!!!
both have been options since 2004.

The wing is a option that started with the '04 models. That combined with the chin spoiler closed the deal for me when I bought mine last April.

So since nobody else seems to have mentioned it, the '05 looks rather identical to the '04 model. Has anyone seen any noticible changes or updates?

You are semi correct - dealerships did not officially offer this in North America. You had to go thru some special sources to get one.

However next year, it will be an offical accessory
Blue top has been available since 02 there are no special "sources" to get one.

Seems to me they dropped the redline from Pre 03 and 04'! Seems to me they are dropping it lower and lower! Is it because of the reliability factor of the engine or what is what I want to know! The JDM models still have uses the F20C! Why only in the USDM model do they use the F22C . I guess I have to call Honda to get that answer heh! 9KRPM 8KRPM

Every indication so far is that there is NO change from '04 to '05 models. Zip, zero, nada. No new colors, no mechanical changes, no accessory changes.

Oh, well, that's not entirely true - the price is slightly higher. *shrug*
