This is absolutely true. Both times I bought S2000s the salespersons knew significantly less than I did about the S2000. I would never believe anything I hear at a dealership. If they told me the sky were blue, I would have second thoughts. You never know if they are being honest or if they are speaking with ulterior motives.
If they told me that, I would believe they were in the process of trying to unload a car on me.
