Default 2008 changes?

Sorry if its been posted before.. I was wondering what did they change on the 08 models? I'm looking at picking up an s2k in the next weeks and was hoping to pick up an 07 on a good deal. I'm not interested in the CR model so that doesn't apply. if anyone has a site or link that would be cool too. thanks in advance!

Did some searching.. if it hasn't been posted it before then here it is:

New for 2008, the S2000 has revised spring and damper tuning that subtly influences steering feel and high speed vehicle behavior. Inside, the minor changes include revised instrument panel meters and minor revisions to the seat design. Also, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) has been added.

edit: I want new seats and gauge cluster!! haha

Everything the Honda has told the public about the changes in 2008 for the S2000 base and CR models:

http://www.hondanews.com/categories/898/releases/4099

I actually like the cosmetic changes on the 2008 models (gauge clusters, wheels etc) except for the seats. The first generation AP2 seats are still my fav

Anyway, there are a lot of threads on this forum that talked about the 2008 changes. But since you are a noob, lets be nice to you

Okay, that's all the info I've found so far from Honda and its news sites. 2008 is not a big change cosmetically from 2007.

You're alive! How's your S these days? I like the rims on the 08, so I may pick them up, but I'm happy with my 04 for now .

Doubt I'll trade my 05 for an 08, since the changes aren't something I can't swap relatively easily.

If the wheels are really lighter, I might get a hold of a set later from "For Sale" forum. Otherwise I'm just hoping to find some CR shocks/dampers/sway bars from one of the CRs parting out (this is gonna be a hard one ..). And then get the lip and wing from Honda.

The steering ratio isn't so critical for me, and I do want to keep the soft top. With the soft top in place, then I can't get the rear reinfocement bars. I guess that's what I'm really missing? That's if Honda didn't "hide" anything from their press release about the changes

Would like to wait till some of the S2000 owners to get one and see whether they see anything missing from the above list ...
