I might have to order a set of s2000 CR black lugnut. It's only $80 @hardtopguy. Would look much better than chrome ones.

 

The only wheel I like that comes stock on the S is 04-05 AP2 ver 1 wheels. I dont car for AP1 wheels and think the AP2 Ver2's look like something from the TSX or something, CR wheels just dont compliment the car very well IMHO.

as far as oem rims go i like the ap2 v1 wheels..but i would like the ap1 wheels even more if they were 17's. i like the simple 5 spoke rims.

 

this is all subjective, but i'll go ahead and state my opinions as fact anyways.

i like my ap2v2 rims, but they look like the rims off a 3 series IMO. ap2v1 look good, but i still don't think they quite match the styling of the car .

IMO ap1 rims are the most fitting for the car, but now 16" looks a bit small and it could use a bit of massaging. 18", slight change = a nice look.

i think an upsized, slight restyle of it is what would look best on an s2000, but i don't like how the 08 rims turned out. i do like the upgraded width though.

The problem is with the tires, not the rims. FIRST thing I noticed when I looked at an 08 CR was the tires state, in large bold lettering, "OUTSIDE".

Come on Bridgestone, at least make the text smaller, or use a brain and put the word "INSIDE" on the other side instead. I don't care how good the tires are, it is just stupid.

 

Lol I never noticed it said outside until I had my car on the lift earlier and I checked my treadwear. Then I checked the inside, but they don't say "inside"
