AP2 V1's FTW i'm never taking mine off!!!

 

They are 'OK'. I do think the darker CR wheels look amazing.

 

 

I still like the 04-05's the best.

 

All OEM s2000 rims sux, period.



After saying that, in my opinion the OEM 2008 and the first 16" ones are the most good-looking.

I will be using my 2008 OEMs as my winter set.

 

Hey are the '08 rims wider than the AP2 V1/V2's...I know they managed to fit 255/40/17 RE070's on the '08 rims, so just wondering if they were wider...

 

I'm almost sure they are the same width. 255's can be easily mounted on AP2 V1 and V2 rims.

 

I think all of the OEM S2K wheels look nice, but prefer the AP2 V1,V2,V3 versions for the wider rim. If someone with a 2008 wanted to trade for the AP2V1 I would be up for it. I like 5 spokes because it's a bit easier to clean in between.

 

I love the AP2 V1 wheels in pictures and in person. I find the AP2 V2 wheels look not so good in pictures but very good in person. The AP2 V3 wheels (as shown in this thread) are okay but they're a bit thick for my taste.

I really don't like the stock AP1 wheels. They're too small for this car and a little too simple as well. Not bad but not great.

 

Doesn't look bad on a lowered s2k... i think like most of the rims, it will grow on people.
