2nd gear grinding?

2nd gear grinding?
sorry i know this topic is old and been discussed b4..but i need some help...i notice the 2nd gear grinds sometimes...i notice around 4000 rpm...has neone experienced this b4? my tranny fluids are topped off...is it just a defect with the 2003 s2's?? if neone know the info on this plz let me know thx
