APR usually means Annual Percentage Rate.... just be careful and read the fine print to make sure that it doesn't mean ABOVE PRIME RATE, which would be a totally different beast!

3.99% APR for all new 2002/2003 Hondas up to 60 months. Valid ONLY on contracts dated 10/4/02-10/6/02.

No fine line? I'm a student with starting credit (2 credit cards, paying back school loans regularly only)...will they allow me to get this 3.99%?

Just called my HOnda dealer. The 4% financing only applies to vehicles in stock (02 and 03).
