315 miles since TSB 54
As far as I know, Honda has always recommended a break-in period of 500-600 miles on new friction linings (clutch/flywheel or brake pads and rotors). However, their recommendation has been "not to abuse". I don't think redlining the engine would be considered "abuse" unless you abuse or slip the clutch while doing so. 6-7K drops, on the other hand, would probably be considered abuse.
My guess is, you'll be fine.

Only break in periods are for
A: Brand new car 0-600 miles NO VTEC.
B: TSB-55(syncro replacement) 12 shifts(done by dealer) then after that take the next shifts non super aggressively say for the first day of driving. After that RIP IT!
As for a new clutch I would probably only take the first few shifts nicely to make sure that engagement and such is ok. After that have fun..............no 600 miles before you push a new clutch!

I also didn't wait for break-in period to pass after getting TSB-054 done on my car. I did take it easy for the first few miles to allow the clutch to self-adjust.
My new clutch is much quieter but I have noticed a little bit of buzzing occasionally.

TSB-54 is really worth it. Not only did it fix the buzz in my car, but the stiffness when cold going into 1st or reverse is gone. Shifts in general, even cold, are like butter (I think the clutch was grabbing slightly before even with the pedal fully in). Also, some vibrations in the cabin are gone as well. After 350 miles of post -54 driving, I'm one happy camper
I'm wondering if the transmission feel differences '02 drivers have noticed is because of the new clutch. Mine tranny sure as heck feels different
BTW, neither the printed TSB nor the service department mentioned anything about breaking in the clutch. I don't do 7k drop launches anyway, but I can't see how driving normally vs driving easy would make much of a difference.
