That price was for the rear lower tie bar, which is $164 or so, -33% + higher-than normal shipping and + tax if applicable, sounds about right.

I bought the Neuspeed STB, lower rear tie bar, and license plate hole cover, all for under $200!!!!!!!! Also bought a Toshiba DVD highly rated in Consumer Reports from the link on www.gotapex.com for $109 including free shipping. Saw it yesterday for sale at Best Buy for $209 plus tax.

 

I ordered the Neuspeed STB last night but found out that it's not expected to ship until Dec. 8! They are back-ordered and Neuspeed doesn't have any sitting on the shelf.
