350+miles possible on an s2000?

Default 350+miles possible on an s2000?

so..im going to attempt get 350+ miles on a full tank on my s2000. i will document everyday that i drive.

follow along:

Day 1: (Full Tank)

Day 2: (3/4 Tank)

I'd bet you won't get to 300.

And pushing it down hills doesn't count!

hmm, 147 miles on 1/4 tank, did you put more gas in, even when it stopped? to squeeze a couple more drops?

I shift at the recommended speed by the manual and still only got a max of 250 miles a tank

You must be doing something wrong, because my s/c '01 gets more than 250 to a tank.

i get 200 a tank. i shift at the recommended v-tec.

Definitely doable. I've gotten a best of 256.3miles out of 9.2 gallons. I stopped for gas because I worried when the next one was on I5. Still, if I had gone to reserve light, it would have done 300+. Plus, this was cruising at 75-80 the whole way. Slower probably would have netted even better mileage.

I can drive all highway miles and easily get 320-350 miles to a tank, driving in the city is a bit different as I'm always getting challenged to a race by some young punk in a turboed neon.

im sure its not hard for anyone to get about 260-275 mi even with a little v-tecing
