Look, I have had Hondas all my driving life. Love them to death but yes I recently ordered a 03 Z. I am looking for performance. Yes , I can not expect to get the more fisnished look like my Hondas; Yes , I can't expect to get all the kinks worked out quite yet since this is the 1st run of Z's so to speak, but overall it's a good deal for under 32k.. really now people.

Yes I have a few doubts but hey I still ordered the darn thing. Besides, I dont have a garage like lots of you may have to tuck away a convertaible and really that's what my decision boiled down to.
I live in Miami - HELLO !!! its in steep competition to have cars jacked out of yr front yard , no matter the type of neighboorhood you live in... OK I am straying from the point.

I was hoping to hear more about this S2200 but so far I heard its all a bunch of poop so what's a gal to do. Oh BTW if you havent driven the Z you shouldnt be knocking it - I HAVE !!

Lots of immaturity when discussing this subject. Sounds like my kids. Grow up, enjoy what you got and stop comparing it to every GD car in the universe especially the 350Z. The horse is dead.

The 350Z is a nice car. I like the looks, and I like that it comes with some options and a lot of power/torque. The problem is that the production numbers are very high and you're going to see them everywhere soon.

I still like the car though, but I want to see what the G35 sedan and the 350Z convertible have to offer before considering a purchase. I'm getting old now and I need something a little more relaxing than the S2000, but still with punch.

As a soon to be z owner, I don't think the convertible z could look as good as the hard top. Half of the lines in the car are centered around the fast back design of the top. It would look like a "okay lets make this a convertible now design. It would make the rear end look even bigger imo.

So if you want a fast affordable convertible it's S2000 all the way.
And I want a fast convertible but will have to put it on hold for another year, unless my daytona blue comes n looking like it was finger painted.

I drove the car, it has very nice handling but you can tell it's a bit heavier through the steering wheel. the power dropoff is wierd compared to the s2k that pushes you all the way to the rev limiter.
