Default 37,500 Mile Service

I had my 37,500 mile scheduled maintenance done on August 18, at the Honda service department that I have been going to for many years. (This is not where I bought either of my Hondas.) They said that all that is required for an S2000 at 37,500 miles is an oil change. The whole process took about half an hour and cost $23.27, including tax.

My complete maintenance log can be viewed at: http://s2000.home.att.net/s2000/maintenanc...ce_expenses.htm

For extreme driving conditions that meet ONE or more of these conditions:
Trips of less than 5 miles (less than 10 in freezing weather)
Extremely hot weather (over 90 degrees F)
Extensive idling or stop-and-go driving
Trailer towing, driving with a car-top carrier, or driving in the mountains
Muddy, dusty, or de-iced roads

37,500 mi/60,000 km
Replace engine oil and filter.
Inspect front and rear brakes.
Check tire inflation and condition.
Inspect tie rod ends, steering gear box and boots.
Inspect suspension components.
Inspect driveshaft boots.

For normal driving conditions:
37,500 mi/60,000 km
Replace engine oil.
Check tire inflation and condition.

Getting a little off topic, but I have close to 18000 miles. Anything other than oil change that I should be doing? (I got the oil change 2 weeks ago)

The 18,000 mile service is only for extreme driving conditions and is only an oil change.

I have the S2000 00-01 Service Manual.

On pages 3-4 and 3-5 it says to replace the differential oil at 30,000 miles or 2 years which ever comes first. Also at every 30,000 miles/2 years.

It says to replace the transmission fluid at 90,000 miles or 6 years, which ever comes first.

(It only goes up to 120,000 miles or 8 years, silly book!)
