Default 4.77 and supercharged

I have 4.77 gears on my00 s2000, and lately i've been tempted to go fi. My question is, is anyone else using these gears while supercharged? If so, how do you like it? Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

From what ive heard that would be OVERkilllllllll. And i believe i understand why too. Well it might be because your gears are set so high that i wont even let your supercharger get all the power your making useful because you are set up so high. 4.56 i believe are the gears you go for forced induction, but im sure more will chime in with more expertly advice.

I believe the 4.44 or 4.56/7 gears are best from what people say.

BTW, I'm thinking of going with 4.77 instead of the 4.56/7 gears now. I'm trying to get people's opinions who have them, and not just what people speculate on them who don't even have them. So far, everyone says they love the gears. What do you think?

It'd b most difficult on first gear with all that wheel spin, but i'm sure with a bit of practice, u can control that by featherin on the throttle and not nec going wot right away on first gear... maybe just feather it on first, then go all out on the remaining gears... Ive been on an S w/ 4.77 gears and a 65shot nos .....and traction wasnt all that bad, even if he engaged it on first gear... He could still launch the car like before, just a tad bit faster w/ the nos... I personally dont think it would b an issue...
