Default $400 bux to spend

What can I buy for $400 to be a bit quicker? I have considered flywheel and used nitrous kit. Can anybody tell me the best thing to get? My engine is stock as of now, but I do have exhaust.

Seriously, for that kind of budget you might consider spending it on honing your own skills to make a better man / machine interface.
You could sign up for a DE or two that has good instructors, or buy a used set of stock wheels & tires and run a season of local autocrosses.

Since you seem to be looking for something to show off, why not get an intake system to match your exhaust? K&N, Comptech, and AEM are are within your price range.

Unless you're installing it yourself... gears are probably out of your budget.
For that amount go with an intake. But I would say save your pennies.
