Well, what do you have done so far?

I'd say get a SC new for around $4000, and install it yourself.

I'm probably gonna get flamed, but I would put it towards the cars payoff unless of course it's paid off already.

Who am I kidding? Supercharger FTW!!!!

or:

Used AP1 wheels $300
R-Compound tires $900
Gendron swaybar $600
Performance alignment $100
Hitch $500
Harbor Freight trailer set up for tires $300
Evoloution autocross school Phase 1&2 $500

That leaves $800 for a nice long weekend away with the wife.

4K can go a long way. Depends on what your preferences are.

For EVERYDAY enjoyment, I'd upgrade the crap stock stereo first.

Decent deck - $250
Components - $200
AMP - $200
Sub and Enclosure - $300
MISC - Cabling - $75
Thats only $1025

Then I'd go with some rims $1500-$2000

Depending on your preferences again - Either body mods or engine mods
Front Lip - $350
Exhaust - $700-1200
Springs - $250
Gears $800
Or depending on where you live, go all out and just get a used hard top. But you'll forego some other mods. Can be had for less than 2K

Also might want to pick up a Valentine 1 while youre at it. $400

Choices are tough, but depending on your priorities, it should make it easier. I went with the stereo first and foremost.

Have fun, and don't forget to reward the wifey!
