hahaha i think your auto tranny is the worst thing ever done to the s2k. and if all you want is straight line speed then your car still isnt that fast. if you wanna test out your comment just hit me up when your in NY next. we'll have some fun "tests" of speed.

NO, I was not expecting an Auto, I paid for a 6-speed Getrag, but received an Aurto tranny. After 6 months of fighting with fifty fifty racing over my car I had to settle with the auto. It was either get my car now and take what I had, or wait 6 more months and try to get my car back with whatever it had in it. I chose to get my car back as soon as I could, even with the auto tranny in it. After 3 other shops the car is almost 100% done. The car is very fast and handles well with auto tranny. A couple of the guys on this forum are talking smack about this car, and believe me, if they were to race this car on the track or a straight line they would get embarrased, too bad I am not in NY to show them up.

that's UNLOCKED auto.
besides, why would you turn an s2000 into a drag racing car? If I throw enough money into any car, it'll go fast in straightline.
like that 9 second Geo Metro.
I agree it's rare though and I'm sure there is some charm to having a toyoda.

Thanks for taking this ridiculously off topic.
The police urge ANYONE to come forward whose been scammed.. they need to speak to everyone. They're building a huge case. If you haven't already been contacted, PM me your e-mail/phone number so I can pass it along to the police. That is, assuming you want in on this.

I've beat T-74 Supras on the freeway... I know of a couple other high-powered vette owners on this forum as well
