Default 500 miles in two days ....

I traveled from New Jersey to North of Boston on Saturday morning...the weather in the Northeast is crystal clear , low humidity, and upper 80's - for many perfect top down cruisin weather ( I personally enjoy a few clouds now & then...to break up th esuns rays)

I saw 2 Ferrari 360 Spyder's, I saw a Maybach, I saw a Gallardo, I saw several 350Z roadsters, I saw a Black & Tan Z4 - the couple waved at me ...several Boxsters, a C4 & a Turbo...

on the way home on Sunday - I saw several Miata's, a couple of Camaro convertibles, ran with another Porsche Turbo for a while...& oh yeah - I saw the same Black & Tan Z4 on the mass pike returning to Nj on Sunday that I saw on the way up Saturday (that was funny) - the couple & I exchanged thumbs up...while I was getting ready to exit in Hartford to visit my daughter at college for an hour or so - a berlina black AP1 passed by... the only S2000 I've seen other than mine all weekend.

Personally I'm still amazed at how few S2000 I see on the road. Exclusivity is just another nice thing about the S. I know some of you guys out west say you seem all over your respective towns - I just never (rarely) get to see other S's unless I'm meeting with the Metro NYC crew....

yea, it is nice. when i do see another S they often wave.

it draws lots of questions when people see it, too. for a car made since 2000 you'd figure people would know.

I see very very few around Boston, and into my usual territory Southern NH. Those 350z's are becoming about a dime a dozen though...

Your right about the 350 they are all over. I see an S on the road once in a blue moon. Everyone looks and admires this car. Everyone I talk to is surprised to find out it is a Honda. Also most think that it costs a lot more then it actually does.

I don't really care whether or not I see S2000s regularly, but I like the fact that the owners I've met locally are enthusiasts, not people who bought the car because it looked "cute".

Ah come on man. Some people want to feel good about their purchase. It's EXCLUSIVE. Personally, I can care less about being exclusive. I like the car because I like the clean lines and the performance, not to mention I can afford one. Soon the Solstice, new Miata will be exclusive. The MRS is very exclusive at 5,000 being built. But what good is it if no one wants it? I dont want a Solstice. If I didnt get a S2K, I'd get the new Miata, easy to drive, reliable, clean lines, and I can afford it too. Screw exclusitivity.

I see s2000's everywhere. Not a very limited production car.
