VTEC is great! I hit vtec in 2nd and 3rd gear and i can tell you the feel is still there. I have been checking the oil use and so far it is 0. The best thing i like about the MY04 is its driveability around town under 6500rpm.

 

I love the way the Vtec feels, but I do like driving it under vtec. Easier on me and my tires

I only have 330 miles so far on my 04 S2000 and havent been able to drive it lately because we have been getting alot of rain. Can't wait to get over 600 miles so I can finally see what it can do. I am definetly going to be driving it alot over the next few days so I will have to let you all know!!

 

Be very careful in the rain. We have lost 2 just last week due to spinouts and other objects. 2/4 now are still running in our area

 

Dang..... you made it to 611 miles? I think I VTEC'd at 600.1!!!

yes it is fun, this porsche boxster has been reving on me while my car was still in break in and i would not run, to make a long story short today he reved on me and i was on my yzf600r and he felt all the pain of 12,000rpm. why do cars try to race bikes?
