6'4 and S2000 as Daily Driver?
I have been looking at the S for a few years now. I had a Cl-S and now have a G35 Coupe. I am a thin person, but pretty tall. I have plenty of headroom, but the steering wheel is right at my knees. Does anyone(taller people) have any feedback as to how this car is to live with on a day to day basis. I have test drove the car several times and i love it, but it is hard to tell how it would be as a daily driver. It will be my only car, so Is there any blind spots I should know about and will I get used to the steering wheel? Any feedback would be appreciated.

ryan's close. i'm 6 foot 5 inches. i drive the S as my only means of transportation. i can't say how you'll enjoy it. i notice most of my height is in my mid section (waist to kneck). i have friends that can't fit as well cuz they have more leg height (if that makes ANY sense)! i love the car. i just installed my bride seat and mugen rails so i can sit a little lower.
my advice to you...if you have to think about it...don't get it. the s2000 is a great car, but if there's doubt about fitting, and liking it....i'd go look at something else. just my opinion.

Not 6 feet 5 inches but 6 feet 2 inches. Still have a little problem with the wheel,I just wish it would tilt. I also had a hard time seeing traffic lights when stopped so I tend to stop a little before the line. Thinking about lower driver seat.

I'm 6-1 and 235 lbs. I feel like I am at the upper limit of fitting in the car, but I know of taller people who drive one (they are definitely skinnier than me). I love my S, but it's going to feel rough compared to the G35 as a daily driver. It will be loads more fun, but it's definitely more of a raw driving experience. As a highway cruiser, it will feel very raw/noisy compared to the G35.
There are huge aft blind spots when the top is up, and of course, tall people will have problems with the windshield header (mainly when looking at traffic lights top up or down).
Definitely take a thorough test drive, and be sure to duplicate the kind of driving you do every day.

As far as height goes, you really need to think about it what you can tolerate. As they said, this isn't a highway cruiser, it's a 2 seat roadster. It's not meant to be super comfortable or have a bunch of amenities. Go sit in one a while, and think about it long and hard.
At 6'2", the car is tight, and is taking some adjustment to get used to. I'm used to kicking the seat back a few more inches and moving up the steering wheel. I have gotten comfortable, it's just taken some adjustment by me. A true sportscar is supposed to fit like a glove, not be a luxury car
The G is a very nice car, and you shouldn't be left wanting if you choose to stay with it.

I'm 6'3 205lbs and I got used to the s2k super fast. It's my DD also. I used to drive a delSol so I was used to driving smaller cars (even thought the Sol had crazy room.)
I have pretty long legs, but with alittle seat tinkering you can find the sweet spot. I do have frustration with blind spots and the traffic light thing...but with the top down I resolve both issues.
