80% TSB ragtop replacement
Finally settled with Concord Honda (California) on an 80% replacement of my softtop under the TSB. I bought my '05 new and have put 62k miles on. It's always parked outside in the Bay Area sun. I fixed a passenger side tear myself about a year or so ago.
Concord Honda initially offered me 50% (~$1k) replacement. Since '02 I've purchased 4 new Hondas from either Concord or Walnut Creek Honda, and 3 other new vehicles from local dealers (Ford, Saab, VW). After thinking about it, I realized my new car purchase history deserved more Honda contribution, and they agreed.
Given my proven track record for making poor financial decisions to satiate an obsessive need for brand-spanking new cars, I perhaps could have gotten even more, but that's not my personal style. Getting warranty work 25k miles and a year out of warranty is not a bad deal.
