Dont bother with the intake, you wont gain more than 3whp.

For $800 the best you can get is probably a used 70mm single exhaust in terms of power.

But I would save that for tires or the kraftwerks sc kit.

save it for the kw sc kit. And you can't get nice lightweight wheels for 800. most of the wheels your looking at are heavier than stock which will actually slow you down. The rpf1 are the only cheap lightweight rims i know of. run you about $1000ish plus tires.

id either get Exhaust or a used set of koni yellows and gc's for around $600-800

I'd recommend the same thing.
Just wait until you've got enough money saved up to buy the Kraftwerks USA SuperCharger kit. Then again, it costs around $6500, so I'm not sure if that is money you can fall into easily.

If you feel like you must modify your car with the $800, I'd suggest lowering it an inch or so. When you lower it, you will then be able to either appreciate your stock rims or want to buy new ones. Lowering the S2K makes it look better, too. Mine is 100% stock, though, so I'm not sure if my advice is the best for you.
I'm saving up some serious cash right now so I can eventually either buy that Kraftwerks USA supercharger or go turbo.
