I used MAP gas to do mine. I have also burnt a friends Ti motorcycyle exhaust for him. If you were not 3 hours away I would burn yours for you.

MAPP gas is liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) mixed with methylacetylene-propadiene.

Its in the yellow cylinders. You have to get Ti to at least 600*F to turn it colors. A acetylene torch will not get it hot enough.
