Like the topic says when I turn on the air, the AC light stays on, even if I press the AC button it stays on.
Can anyone help me out on this? I tried to search for a similar problem but could not find anything. Any help would be appreciated! thanks guys!

if you change where the air flows it should turn off.
if you have the air flow knob to come out on the dash to the front window,
it will stay on, this is because ac gets rid of fog and if someone is in need to see through the foggy window, the heater wont help much but the ac clears it up
its a little honda thing to help save time in a stituation we all my come upon,
but i remenber theres away to turn it off..... ill try finding the post for you

Try this,
To deactivate automatic a/c feature on 2002 CR-V:
1) Turn vehicle off.
2) Turn fan knob off.
3) Turn temperature knob all the way to the left (blue area).
4) Turn vent knob to panel only setting (next to max a/c).
5) Hold down both air recirculation button and a/c button while starting car.
6) Continue holding for 7 seconds until air recirculation button stops flashing.
To reactivate automatic a/c feature on 2002 CR-V:
1) Turn vehicle off.
2) Turn fan knob off.
3) Turn temperature knob all the way to the left (blue area).
4) Turn vent knob all the way to the right (defrost position).
5) Hold down both air recirculation button and a/c button while starting car.
6) Continue holding for 7 seconds until air recirculation button stops flashing.
7) After the 7 seconds described in step 6, the recirculation button will start to flash. Continue to hold the button for another 7 seconds. After this, the a/c light will turn to green and it's finished!
