Adding more padding to the seats?
Whenever I sit in my passenger seat (or the driver's seat of a newer S2000) I notice how much more padded they are than my driver's seat. When I sit in an older S2000's driver's seat, I notice how it is even less padded than mine. I guess the padding in the OEM seats are breaking down quicker than I would expect.
Does anyone have a solution for this, other than buying a new cushion ($200+) every year? I am considering just buying some 1" foam, cutting it to size, and inserting it between the OEM cushion and the leather seat cover.

Have you considered having a set of custom sheep skin seat covers made up? I use just a small piece that covers only the seat bottom during our cold winters and it feels very nice and cushy. I'd leave it in for the summer too, but as it is not a full seat cover, it slides around and needs to be re-positioned every few weeks.
I don't like seat covers at all. I am just tired of my ass cheaks being squished together by the ever-deepening cushion.
Do you know if the passenger side seat cushion is the same as the driver's side. If so, I could just swap them.
I saw a thread a while back about lowering the seating position by removing some foam. I can't find the thread, but I would like to see what is involved with removing the leather cover.
