How do we do it and is it hard. I will be running in the winter time. Gonna put about 100-150 pounds in the trunk when it snows so I dont slide. Hence the head light beams will be in drivers eyes.

How can we lower them plus I think mine are a little to high anyways.

I thought that all cars with HID headlamps had to have auto-leveling mechanisms in order to comply with laws in Europe.

Anyone know about this? I was surprised that the S2K doesn't have this feature. I learned this from a friend who has an IS300

Pinky, look behind light and you will see a weird looking bolt head. Looks like 10mm head with a 1" washer connected to it. Turn it and you are the adjusting master!

Jason, I've heard the same thing for Europe, but we are not, so.......

The bolt head actually has teeth on the underside, kind of like a lockwasher but not really. An easy way to make the adjustment is to use a Phillip's screwdriver against these teeth. (This is also the tool/technique that is pictured in the official instructions.)

Keep in mind that the lights are directed "up" out from the front of the car, so you if you are really close to the wall your lights are shining on it will appear that they are aimed low, but if you are further away from the wall (50+ feet) you will see the height of the beam as it appears to oncoming drivers.
