Had my car in for an alignment a couple times but the steering wheel is always off of center (the steeriing does not tug - its just the steering wheel). Some shops adjusted the tie rods to solve the problem but I still can't get it to my
liking. Does anyone know how to adjust the tie rods? It seems like a quick operation - I think the bolts (or whatever it is) need a 1/4 turn to fix the problem. Pics would be grateful and much appreciated
