Advice on an 05 s2k

Were you test driving the car and felt the vibration with the two front tires that had rips in them? If so, then that might be cause for the vibrations. And depending what types or rips they are, it could also be a bent from rim (assuming the rips could be from pinching the tire)

I'm also in the market for an S2000, and while the deal looks good, it doesn't look so great that I wouldn't look other places.

Also, can you share where you can run the VIN for free? While it's all public record, most places charge for the info. Thanks!

I would agree with this logic if we're talking about a limited production car with some unique options. S2k's are a dime a dozen (at least in many metro areas). Why settle? Why not drive other cars for sale in similar conditions? JMHO.
