My S2000 is bone stock now and if I drop in the AEM CAI and what would the result be? 8hp gain??or more? What about the sound?? Much louder? Anyone know?

yes, louder, but only at WOT (wide open throttle).

 

I posted a dyno of this a while back - look for it. You'll gain from about 6-13 hp depending on the RPM range. There's about a 6 hp gain at 8500 rpms (peak) and about a 13 hp gain right at VTEC engagement. There is a slight hp loss below 3000 rpms, but then a huge jump in power at about 3500.
