watsup guys.. I dont have a S2K but ill be buying one once i sell my IS300.. I was at a local shop 2day thats going out of business.. They had a big sale and I asked if they had any S2K parts left.. The guy had a AEM V1 intake so i bought it for 160 bucks.. so my question is, is this intake any good, any pros and cons for it.. and it says its for the 00-03 model, will it fit on the 04?? TIA

 

on AEM website u get around 6whp. i think it has more power around 7-8rpm than stock.

 

i got it on my 02 S, i like it alot, give a good sound, looks good under hood, one downside is alot of people fear sucking up water but you can get the bypass valve and that will take care of that, but then some say that the bypass valve exempts any power gain, however im not concluded anything ot that claim... who knows its more for sound and appearance than major pwr gains anyways....
