S2000 Talk Discussions related to the S2000, its ownership and enthusiasm for it.

Afraid this would happen. I've been scammed by a member of this board!

Iceman,

Have you head anything from this guy? No surprisingly, he did not respond to my emails. I'll go over aand photograph his place, but given the address, I think it's an apartment.

Rick,

Once again, you go 'above and beyond' for the S2k community. It's appreciated.

Iceman & others,

Is there no recourse for a broken agreement when someone takes the money and does not deliver the goods? Can a person initiate a smalll claims suit without traveling to the location? Is there no recourse through PayPal? With all the stuff bought/sold over Ebay, how do they handle this? For $250, I'd want the door panels, money back, or some form of satisfaction.

No I have not heard from this scum.

The only thing Paypal tries to do is recover funds from the users account. But if its already withdrawn, you're SOL.

Thanks Rick, hopefully we can send a message to this guy.
