After a week..
Always liked the s2000 when they started to show up in 99 and thought it was just a small little sporty thing. Test drove one in 04 and fell in love and said it would be a car i had to own. 5 years later i found one i liked and have been in love with her ever since.
I'll throw my 2 cents in after owning it for a day.. This is an AP2..
#1- Damn the gears are short.. lol Man, some people might think that w/ 6 gears, 6th gear might actually have a nice lower rpm cruising speed, but you'd be wrong. I think at 80mph it's at around 4500 rpms. I wouldn't mind if the rpms were 500rpm lower at this speed.
#2- The stereo is half decent, but a new headunit should go a long way.
#3- The clutch is feather light. Lighter than any honda I've driven..

Wait till you pay off your S and start thinking maybe I should also have another car to not replace but complement the S in your garage and then go on some test drives and find out just how great the S really is.
I drove quite a few cars that I thought would be great and found out that S go kart feel is completely absent in a lot of other cars making a lot of cars I was interested in disappointing!
