Default aftermarket hood Q?

so I'm checking out some CF hoods and the only one that come with rain channels is the Top Secret.

Are there any other hoods that come with rain channels to keep the engine bay dry?

My s2k is my daily driver and I want to keep it that way.

Mugen

The Mugen knock-offs do not have these. The rain channels also work when you're washing your car with a fire engine hose - it is surprising how well they work.

You can wash the hell out of your car, and not get a drop under the hood with the Mugen Hood

Nope - no others are worth buying under $1,000 if you're looking to keep your engine bay dry.....that I know of.

One of the users I meet at a meet had the Top Secret hood with the Rain covers, he said that it's not worth getting a vented hood unless you have the rain gutters.

Poindexter: I just looked at your link to your M3. What M3 forums are you on? I'm ///Mik3 on M3forum.net

so the Seibon and other replica hoods don't have the rain channels?

could those with vented hoods show me some pictures of the underside?

I'm interested in how the hoods are framed around the vents.

thanks!
