Thumbs down Aftermarket Pronunciation

OK.......I've seen a couple of threads on this but no real clarification. Below is the list of words/names with questionable pronunciation.

Please chime in if you know the correct pronunciation and your source. I will update the thread accordingly as they are verified.

Please post if you have questions of your own and I will add to the list

1. Mugen - Moo-Gen (not Moo-Jen, MeuwJen) source: Kingmotorsports
2. Bride - Brid (not Bride as in a wedding) source: Tee's USA
3. Tein - Tain or Tayne (rhymes with Train) source: Tein USA
4. Seibon - Say-bon, Sigh-bon, See-bon ???? source: ???
5. Bieffe - Bee-ah-fee source: Great Uncle
6. VIS - Vee-eye-Ess, Vizzzzz, Visssss???? source: ????
7. Espelir - Es-puh-ler source: Evolutionautosports
8. 5Zigen - Go-zee-gen source: ?????
9. Pecan - Puh-con (not Pee-can) source: Marie Calendars
10. Tomato - Toe mae toe (not Toe maw toe) source: Mom's backhand
11. Potato - Poe tae toe (not Poe taw toe) source: Dad's fist

Now when we all get together and talk cars...we are all speaking the same language....

I dont think so. I have spoke to the people that work for Tein at all of the SEMA shows and they even pronounce it Tain.

Don't know if it's correct or not, but I've always just sounded it out as one word rather than say each letter individually.

Bad example - "beef lo mein" would be pronounced closer to "mee-in" in Chinese.
