Default Aftermarket radio wiring mess!

I hate wiring! I attempted to install an aftermarket radio which was unsuccessful. I had to splice into two wires in the back of the OEM radio harness Pin 3 and Pin 14 I believe. It didn't work probably because of something I did wrong. I undid everything and put it back to original but now my soft top is stuck down and I cant put it back up. Im assuming its a blown fuse? I have almost no knowledge on wiring, so assume stoooopid.

When flipping the switch forward I don't hear any noise from the motors whatsoever. So far as I can tell everything else seems to be functioning. Windows roll up, hazards function, the radio works.

Can you tell me where exactly the fuse for that would be and how I could check it with a multimeter?

Thanks!
PS. I took it to a Honda dealership and the diagnostic was $480 not including the fix...

Not only should you take the advice of s2kfast, you should also get Modifry's PNP harness that makes the dash controls work as well. Soooo much easier. I put in a Sony and my only real concern was making sure it fit (thank you Crutchfields). It was tight but the Modifry harness really helped.

I managed to fix the soft top issue, turns out the i got the switches mixed up with the defogger. However, I bought a Pioneer MVH-S522BS and bought Metra 70-1721 Receiver Wiring Harness and Axxess ASWC-1 Steering Wheel Control Adapter. I've never heard of Modifry. Which parts do i need to get the DCI and radio to hook up without splicing?

Just get Modifry w/DCI. I just installed it last week and havent done a car stereo in 15 years. It literally look me 20mins. The harness and instructions include was plug and play. Everything works perfect no splicing or messy issues to worry about. I went with a Alpine deck w/Bluetooth.

Go here:
https://modifry.com/index.php?route=...&product_id=60

Select:
* Head Unit: Pioneer
* Harness: PnP Adapter Harness

It will be 100% plug and play from there on out for your Pioneer HU.
