Every time I see a pic like that I get sick to my stomach. Sorry about, I feel for you. Good luck with the fix.

I guess I shouldn't worry about the tiny door ding on the side of my car. Sorry to hear. Hope it's fixed up good as new

Sorry for the mishap.

Let me guess: some big SUV backed into you, right?

Hey Anime, I saw your car parked next to Babe's Billiards on Wisconsin Ave while driving down to Georgetown! Sorry to hear about your car. What body place will you be taking it to?

ok. a few things. sorry to post and run (i've
been away from the computer since i tossed that up)

it was saturday morning in takoma park. i
was following my friend. sun in the eyes, her
sudden stop in the middle of an intersection.
late braking... sliding... bump. i was confused,
since it wasn't that hard of a hit. I've been in
worse. This I barely felt.

her car was relatively unscathed.
$600 *maybe* to fix. parts cost less than
$300. it's a 95 tercel.

anyway, looks to be about $2000-2500 to fix
this mess. bah!

I'll be taking it to Rockville Auto Body on Taft
off E. Gude. The only place I've been to that
was professional, had a NICE shop (clean
too) and appeared to do expert work. More
like serious craftsmen than anything else.
More expensive, but DONE RIGHT. yup.

thanks for the outpouring of support. unfortunately
my next-door neighbor had seen the original post and
didn't fall for the switch-the-two-silver-stooks
trick her boyfriend and i thought would be humorous.
