Airwalker front lip problems

Airwalker front lip problems
I have the authentic Airwalker front lip on my 03 NFR s2k. The fitment is soooo TIGHT that the lip is starting to flex somewhat and its causing stress marks and paint chipping. Has this happened to anyone.. Any solutions
