Default Alas! I'm an "Owner"

Took me all but 17 months to get my lazy ass to jot down the VIN number i've had for 2+ years

Alas, I'm an "owner" and not an "enthusiast"

I've owned mine since last October, and I'm still on my lazy ass because it's to much trouble to go out to the garage everytime I think of changing my status.

You should try your insurance card that may be in your wallet, it will have the VIN on it. :-)
Or is that in the car as well

you could just copy a randon VIN from www.autotrader.com
if you want to go from wanker to owner.
