Alignment - Rear toe in 1/4" = 0.24
That is correct, and it does appear on the Hunter read out (at least the one I have) without negative signs even though it is rear toe in.
I questioned the mechanic numerous times and he apologized that he had to use degrees rather than linier measurements, but assured me it was toe in. Mine is a hair off reading .14 degrees on the left and .15 degrees right for a total toe of .29 degrees.
I had a thread with a long tale of hours long sessions sitting in the car to get an alignment.. most of the delay due to 1) the Hunter machine needing a software upgrade, and 2) the mechanic not being familiar with operating the computer for custom alignments.

In my limited experience in working with the tech and the Hunter machine, I saw that they can specify the units of measurement (except linear failed to work), display precision, tolerance margin, and a few other things. As a result our printouts may not be showing the exactly the same thing.
When the tech failed to make linear measurements work on the machine for the second time I gave up and told him to just use the machine specified value for toe. I thought he told me it was .28 degrees, but when you said 24 I figured I just remembered wrong.
The sheet I have shows three values for each setting and I am making assumptions regarding what they mean based upon knowing what I asked for and what is specified in the book.

In closing....the Hunter machine is the finest in the world today. If you technician has anything more then an eighth grade education, the level the manual's written too, your alignment is good. The Hunter is unreal!...........but if your tech says......DuH..What's a negative camber...LOOK OUT!
I don't think talking to the same tech (Honda Dealer)who just did my alignment will tell me anything different.
It appears that your rear-toe settings is half of mine.
We could trade car at TWS to see how they handle.
Honda specs for Rear toe is toe-in 6mm or 1/4inch for each wheel:
My alignment tech translates 6mm toe-in as 0.24
