Default All metal shift knobs

Have an 02 leather wrapped knob. Wondering if I'll regret switching to all metal.

You forgot to include those of us who have the oem all metal knob that came on our 00-01 model year S2000s.
And it does suck in the heat, burns your hands anytime the weather goes above 80F outside.. yet I still like it over the 02+ knobs appearancewise.

It does get VERY hot if left parked in the sun. I carry a small sock to cover it with during the summer.

I've found that leaving a baseball cap over the shifter does great. Now that the weather has turned cold, I am looking for driving gloves. But, I still like the shifter very much. My BMW had a leather shift knob and I don't know I liked it as much.
