Rebuild the motor with low compression forged aluminum pistons, steel rods, better head bolts and studs, better head gasket, and possibly some sleeves. Then boost the crap out of it.

I hear to go all motor with a stroker kit, you'd need to have a VERY reputable shop do the work on the engine, otherwise you'll probably be better off with turbo.
For the most part, turbo and reliable should not be used in the same sentence with a non-factory turboed car (aka s2000)

yeah i do but it is getting on my nerves and is not pushing the right power i am dissapointed in it really but that was funny though
What seems to be the problem with your charger? Do you have a boost gauge? If so, how much are you reading. Your belt could be slipping or you may have an internal blower problem. Have you ever dynoed your car? If not, how do you know it not "pushing the right power" You could have a bad air/fuel ratio...improper fuel pressure...bad AEM tune...etc...

I'm pushing a little over 300hp with just the basic kit and couldn't be happier. I can't imagine a stroked "4 banger" putting out the same amount of power for the same amount of money. With your list of mods...you should be putting down even more power than me.

If I were you... I'd have your charger setup looked at by someone who knows what they are doing. IMHO...something doesn't seem right.

I would SC if I were looking for more power, but still want to retain reliability. Like someone said earlier, non-factory Turbo equipped cars are much less reliable. I would kill for a SC setup on my car.

300 WHP is doable with the SC. That is what I put down with the CT SC w/AC with 7 lb pulley, Rick's header, Invidia test pipe, and CT exhaust. That was at 2600 feet elevation on a Dynojet.
