First, this post should probably be in street encounters.

Anyways I just wasted a good 15 minutes of my life reading that entire thread.

Sorry but it looks to me like a lot of ITR owners vs one or two s2k owners who are getting in a battle of egos with skewed information on both sides. Sometimes the ITR guys use the most optimum numbers for their vehicle and sometimes the S2k guy uses the most optimum numbers for his vehicle.

Both parties seem to be spraying insults at each other at equal rates and the whole lot of you seem to have bought their respective automobiles to win some kind of imaginary pissing contest.

I found it quite comical how both parties were throwing around peak hp or torque #s as if the rest of the dynograph did not matter. Both parties seem to forget that area under the curve matters much more than any peak number. Oh yeah and that funny gearing thing too.

In the end WHO CARES! If either party bought their car to be used as drag queens (no pun intended) they made a huge waste of an automobile (for either car). I don't think HONDA intended either car to be used for this purpose and it's a shame that many reduce either car to it's 1/4 mile capabilities.

Go ahead though... have your fun throwing insults at each other.... but this debate should be settled in another forum....
